For those entering the front lobby at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, there’s a message waiting for you on several new banners.
“We developed the messages on our signs after we talked with leaders all across the organization,” Amy Garner said, “The attributes that you see inside our campuses are what we are most proud of and speak to the culture of accomplishment.
“They serve to communicate that we provide nationally recognized quality healthcare right here.”
Amy Garner is a vice-president of West Tennessee Healthcare.
“We view our 7,000 employees and medical staff as valuable brand ambassadors who are the most important people to understand what the West Tennessee Healthcare brand stands for and who we are as an integrated health system,” she added.
Garner said this first phase of the marketing plan is to communicate the brand messaging internally and to key stakeholders who walk the halls of Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
