Construction of a new retail strip center is underway at 2054 South Highland Avenue.
Josh Lefevre, owner of Josh Lefevre Construction Company is hoping the 9,000-square-foot center – owned by BLC LLC – will be complete by early fall.
“It’s designed for five retail storefronts for five tenants,” Josh said. “Or, someone can rent all five.”
The retail center will be located next to South Jackson Portable Storage Buildings.
