Amelia Collins and Alley Morgan were named talent and swimsuit winners in day one of competition in the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Wednesday.
Amelia Collins -talent – is Miss Scenic City and Alley Morgan – swimsuit – is Miss Greene County.
The pageant has 36 contestants in the 2021 pageant vying for $100,000 in scholarship funds.
Competition continues at 8 p.m., Thursday.
