Paige Clark, Miss Knoxville Volunteer, returns home with a new title – Miss Tennessee Volunteer.

Clark won the crown at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Saturday.

Clark, who was one of 36 women competing for the title, won college scholarships and will serve as the Governor’s Official Spokesperson for Character Education.

She will travel over 80,000 miles speaking to over 70,000 schoolchildren about Character Education.
