Jackson Mayoral candidate Lowe Finney held a press conference on Friday at Jackson City Hall.  Finney says he feels Mayor Gist is issuing misleading statements regarding crime and other issues.

Mayor Gist says his office and other city employees have been inundated with information requests and he will not have city employees, paid by taxpayers, doing his opponents research
