Manufacturing facility closing in Henderson County affecting 320 jobs

The City of Lexington is committed to providing resources and support to those impacted by this closure.” – Jeff Griggs, Mayor of Lexington

 

Employees of Adient, an automotive seating manufacturer, has announced the permanent closing of its Henderson County facility in Lexington.

 

Adient filed an official WARN Notice with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, notifying the agency of a permanent closure effective June 27, 2025.

 

The total number of affected workers is 320. Adient is located at 659 Natchez Trace Drive in Lexington.

 

Adient is also closing its facility in Maury County, where more than 80 employees are scheduled to lose their jobs.

  1. I had lots of fun at adient I miss all my coworkers there n I’m very sad for all the ppl that are gonna lose tbere jobs but everything happens for a reason
