JACKSON Tenn – (April 2, 2015) – According to police, the contractor is advising potential victims that he does general labor on homes and property. In one report, the contractor and the victim agreed to the price of $100 for cutting the limb of a tree that hung over the roof of a house. After completing the job, the contractor informed the victim of damages to the roof caused by the hanging limb.
The contractor and victim both agreed to another $100 in completing repairs on the roof. After completing the job, the contractor told the victim to pay
him $9,000.
The contractor is described as a middle-aged white male, with short hair and a medium build. He was last seen driving a red truck and traveling
with a young male subject who possibly could be his son.
