Michael Ray Jemison has been charged with two counts of sexual activity with an animal, two counts of burglary and evading arrest, according to Madison County Sheriff John Mehr.

Michael Ray Jemison is being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Center, and his bail has been set at $75,000.
