When construction is complete, Mam’selle is scheduled to occupy just over 2,000-square-feet at Union Station, a new 12,000-square-foot faciltity next door to Mulligan’s on Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms.

A target date of April 1, 2018 has been set for Mam’selle, which is located at 907 Vann Drive.

Mam’selle, which offers clothing, shoes, purses and jewelry for women, has been in Jackson since 1973.

Chris Carothers, Hickman Realty Group, said he is in discussion with two additional tenants at the facility, which has up to seven total units available.

Hoyt Hayes Construction of Jackson is building the center.
