(February 14, 2014) Jackson, Tenn.- Jackson has always played host to some great restaurants and excellent food choices.
Friday, a channel famous for highlighting restaurants will be coming to Jackson to put a local business in the spotlight.
The Cooking Channel show, “Pizza Cuz” will film a segment today between 2PM and 8PM in Downtown Jackson.
The show “Pizza Cuz” follows Sal Basile and Francis Garcia as they sample Pizza from around the country. They own Artichoke Basille's Pizza in New York City.
The Rock N’ Dough Pizza Company will have their mobile food truck highlighted in the piece.
Jeremy Denno, owner of Rock N’ Dough Pizza Company, and his wife Amanda will showcase their unique food truck on the program.
“It’s the only wood-fired, mobile food truck in Memphis and now Jackson,” Denno told us. He continued, “We sling pizza by the slice, wood-fire style.”
