Considered a natural fit for Leaders Credit Union, construction continues on a new 3,000-square-foot branch at 15427 South First Street in Milan.

Leaders Credit Union, which has memberships in Gibson County, is looking at a completion date of late summer.

A partial listing of Leaders’ field of membership in the Gibson County community includes the Milan Special School district and various Select Employment Groups including CECO Door, NHC Milan, Area Wide Communications, and Alexander Thomson Arnold.

Fisher Construction Company, Inc., of Milan is building the state of the art branch, that will offer pod style banking with a digital engagement center to allow members access to demonstrations and digital banking channels.

There will be three drive-through lanes and an exterior ATM.

Leaders Credit Union will staff the branch with six to seven financial champions providing full service to Milan and the Gibson County community.

Leaders Credit Union, founded in a spare room of a local school as the Jackson Madison County Teachers Credit Union in 1957, is a full service financial institution offering affordable banking solutions for its more than 40,000 members.
