Hill Boren Properties, 1269 North Highland Ave., has been sold.
Ramesh Dubey purchased the 14,688-square-foot facility from Hill Boren Properties, Hill and Garrety Properties, Hill Garrety & Boren Properties – Ricky L Boren, for $525,000.
The building is located on 2.17 acres on North Highland Avenue in the Downtown Development Cooridor of the Jackson Walk Development and three blocks from West Tennessee’s Largest Medical Center, West Tennessee Healthcare.
