Located across the street from the University of Memphis Lambuth at 816 Lambuth Blvd., Sunnyview Capital LLC sold the property to TenCap LLC for $1,200,000.
Each apartment, which offers 490-square-feet, has been completely remodeled and includes a range, washer, and dryer.
