Jackson, Tennessee – The Workforce Solutions department at Jackson State Community College will host its fifth Fiber Optic Boot Camp at the college on January 23-27, 2023.

According to a press release from John McCommon – Director of Workforce Solutions – the five-day hands-on course will guide participants through completing three industry-standard credentials for fiber optic technicians.

The boot camp is conducted by BDI DataLynk and is sanctioned by the Fiber Optic Association to provide standards-based instruction which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor.
