At approximately 6:15 PM, Officer’s with the Jackson Police Department responded to the area of Neff and Middleton for a call of shots fired. Responding officers located a vehicle that was wrecked and a victim suffering with a gunshot. The car was also on fire. While investigating the scene, officers received another phone call about a subject suffering from a gunshot in the area of LaConte and Orchard.

Both victims, identified as Hispanic males, were transported by Emergency Medical Personnel to a local hospital with serious injuries. Jackson police are currently trying to identify a person of interest. Jackson Police are looking for a black male approximately 6 feet in height who was wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants.
