Jeff Shepard a captain with the Jackson Police Department was presented a certificate honoring him for 30 years of dedicated service to the City of Jackson and the Jackson Police Department.
Jackson City Mayor, Scott Conger presented the certificate to Captain Shepard, Wednesday.
