Chick-fil-A in the Old Hickory Mall is under new management after Josh Maxwell had the opportunity to become the owner/operator at Chick-fil-A in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Jonathan Cardwell from Memphis becomes the new owner/operator of the Chick-fil-A in the Old Hickory Mall.
“We were here for about two years, and we had a great time,” Josh said. “We loved getting to know the community and the people … a lot of success at the mall during our time in Jackson.
“We are confident our time here in Jackson is what propeled us to be the operator in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey where we will start Thursday, Feb. 1.
“It’s pretty exciting. We’ll miss a lot of people here and the mall, but we’re excited for what we have in our future.”
Josh initiated a curbside pickup and drive through service at the Old Hickory Mall.
Originally from Albany, N.Y., Josh attended Philadelphia Biblical University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies.
He picked up his master’s degree at Cairn University in Langhorne, Pa., and he holds an MBA.
Josh and wife Corrie have six children: Joshua, Findley, twins Knox and Parker Rose, Hattie and newborn, Hazel.
