The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 70 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 8,250 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 6,471 have recovered.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 8 to 90.

Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Sixteen Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Six of those patients are on a ventilator.
