Jackson Energy Authority opens its new Downtown Customer Service Center Monday, August 19, at 351 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
This new location replaces the 119 East College Street building that is now closed.
Operation: Drive-through – 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Office – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday – Friday
JEA has moved our Customer Service Center from 119 E College to 351 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive. The new location is across from the post office downtown. We will resume normal business hours at the new location beginning Monday, August 19th.<x-apple-data-detectors://0> The drive thru will be open 7:30 am to 6:00 pm<x-apple-data-detectors://1>and the office will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday<x-apple-data-detectors://2> thru Friday. We look forward to serving the community from our new downtown facility.
