The Jackson Energy Authority Board of Directors passed seven resolutions during its monthly meeting at the Tennergy Center.
The Board
– Authorized a contract to audit security and flood lighting and provide necessary adjustments to the billing system and the geographic information system.
– Approved a variance from the Purchase Gas Adjustment Policy.
– Approved amended Water Division rate schedules to be effective Oct. 1, 2019.
– Authorized the purchase of components to upgrade the CommScope Digital Access Controller.
– Authorized a contract with CTC Technology & Energy to provide a strategic business plan and review JEA’s long range financial forecast for the Telecommunications Division.
– Approved a resolution adopting telecommunications service rate adjustments.
– Approved a banking resolution.
