The Jackson Beer Board issued two special occasion permits and one business permit when it held its monthly meeting at the Jackson City Chambers, Tuesday.
Lorri Lynn Blattler, co-owner of Blue Coast Burrito, was approved for a permit to sell, store and serve beer at the new restaurant at 1430 Union University Drive.
A special permit was granted to Chris Coughlin to sell, store and serve beer at Jackson Fairgrounds Park during the West Tennessee State Fair, which will be held September 12-17.
Approval was also granted for consideration of a request from Roger Vestal for a business known as Forever Communications for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at the Jackson Fairgrounds during the ninth annual Jackson Brew Fest, which will be held October 28.
