Jackson Beer Board – 4 permits approved; one denied

The Jackson Beer Board considered and approved four requests for permits – but denied one – during its monthly meeting at the City Council Chambers, Tuesday.

The Board approved –

Randy S. Hall for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at the West Tennessee Truck and Tractor Pull at the Jackson Fairgrounds Park, June 8-9.

Ira Robinson for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer for an event that will be held at the Black Jack Event Center, 903 Hollywood Drive Suite 11, June 16.

Michael Jerome Herron for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer for an event that will be held at the Black Jack Event Center, 903 Hollywood Drive Suite 11, June 29-30.

Sherry L. Alexander, for a business known as South Madison American Legion Post 90, 165 Perry Switch Road, to sell, store and serve beer on the premises where sold.

The Board denied a request from Adhabah M. Annamer, for a business known as Hot Spot Market LLC, 1291 North Highland Avenue, for selling, storing and distributing beer for consumption off the premises.
