Construction on a second Jack’s Family Restaurant continues at 3180 North Highland Avenue – which is between a Circle K Convenience Store and the Community Bank.
Hudson Construction Company of Tennessee is building the 3,522-square-foot facility.
A spokesperson for the construction said they expect the build-out to be completed in about three months.
Jack’s opened it first location in Jackson, at 157 Parkstone Place on 1.31 acres near the West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex in November, 2016.
The fast-food chain restaurant is known for burgers, fries and milkshakes.
