Hucks Food & Fuel opens its second convenience store in Jackson at 7 Ridgecrest Road (corner of North Highland Avenue and Ridgecrest Road), at 9 a.m., Tuesday.
The 4,050-square-foot store will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Hucks introduced itself to Jackson, Dec. 19, 2017, when the company, based in Carmi, Illinois, opened at 1295 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms, behind First Citizens National Bank.
