Details are limited, but a one-acre lot at 2617 North Highland Avenue is being prepared for commercial development after a 1,578-square-foot house was leveled.
The property is located next door to Scooter’s Coffee, 2625 North Highland Avenue.

the house was an eyesore for YEARS and the city never made them clean up the junk. Someone held out for a lot of money!
