In the last ten years, H&M has completed over 55 million square feet of big-box warehouse and distribution space for clients including Asics, Nike, Baxter, Milwaukee Tool, Adidas Group, Procter & Gamble, GE, Tractor Supply, Williams-Sonoma, Ross Stores, Dicks Sporting Goods among others.

Way too close to subdivisions! There are other places for this… everyone on Brown’s Church Road already has to listen to the crypto mining facility. We do not want to listen to your factories. Not to mention what it’s going to do to all of our property values.
