Open less than one week, Hilton Garden Inn becomes the third hotel on the west side of Vann Drive.

Located at 1324 Vann Drive, the four-story hotel offers 98 units, an outdoor pool with additional outdoor seating away from the pool.

RA-LIN and Associates, Inc., of Carrollton, Georgia, constructed the hotel for Peachtree Hospitality Management, LLC, on 2.46 acres near Howard Johnson Inn, 1292 Vann Drive, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 1335 Vann Drive.

The hotel had its request for a beer permit approved by the Jackson Beer Board to sell, store and serve beer, during a meeting at the City Council chambers, Thursday.
