The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department confirms three additional COVID-19 related deaths in Madison County. The newest deaths include:
- 30-year-old male (died 8/15/2020)
- 73-year-old female (died 9/6/2020)
- 63-year-old male (died 9/30/2020)
The health department received positive test results for 46 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 3,878 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 3,442 recovered.
The newest confirmed cases range from ages 2 months to 82.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Thirteen Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Two of those patients are on a ventilator.
