From the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department –

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 27 more cases of COVID-19.

We now have 2,029 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 1,539 recovered.

The newest confirmed cases include 10 males, 17 females, and range from ages 16 to 86.

Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Nineteen Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Three of those patients are on a ventilator.
