According to reports, Frito-Lay is recalling a number of 13 oz. bags of corn tortilla chips in 13 states, including Tennessee.

The company said the recall is needed because certain bags of their ‘Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips’ could include nacho cheese tortilla chips, and therefore may contain an undeclared milk allergen.

While less than 1,300 bags are impacted, those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product.

But according to company officials, besides Tennessee, impacted products were sold in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
