Construction on a second Jack’s Family Restaurant continues at 3180 North Highland Avenue between a Circle K Convenience Store and the Community Bank.
Hudson Construction Company of Tennessee is building the 3,522-square-foot facility.
A spokesperson for Jack’s said the restaurant is scheduled to open no later than mid-November.
Jack’s opened it first location in Jackson, at 157 Parkstone Place on 1.31 acres near the West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex in November, 2016.
The fast-food chain restaurant is known for burgers, fries and milkshakes.
