After renovation, a former pharmacy becomes First South Financial Credit Union at 10 Channing Way.
First South Financial Credit Union, with locations in Tennessee and Mississippi, purchased the building that was home to Phipps Pharmacy for $425,000.
The seller was represented by Chris Carothers, Hickman Realty Group, and Buchanan Realty Group represented First South Financial Credit Union.
