Papa Jack’s Inc., a chain of gas stations/convenience stores in the North Alabama area, has purchased an Exxon convenience store at 2119 North Parkway.
Girish Panchal sold the property to Papa Jacks Inc., for $1,121,000.
The transaction comes three months after Papa Jack’s Inc., purchased a neighboring Mega Mart at 1400 Highway 70 East from Radiant Group of Properties LLC – for $951,485.21.
