The number of ballots cast totaled 414 in Early Voting Tuesday, in a runoff to select Scott Conger or Jerry Woods as the next Mayor of Jackson.

The number of votes for Early Voting is 7,026.

Early Voting ends Thursday.

Voters registered in the City of Jackson can cast early ballots from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 9 a.m., Wednesday and Thursday.

Election Day is June 18.

Conger and Woods received the majority of the votes in the May 7 Election, but neither had the necessary 50 percent, plus-one to win the race outright.

The number of Early Voters in the May 7 General Election was 6,555.

In order to vote, a photo ID issued by the State of Tennessee or the U.S. Government must be presented.
