Early voting is underway in Jackson and 300 ballots were cast in the races for Mayor of Jackson and City Council, Thursday.
The two-day total is 654.
Early voting is being held at the auditorium in the Madison County Agriculture Complex, 311 North Parkway in Jackson, and continues through April 27.
Voting hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., weekdays – Saturday hours will be from 9 a.m. until noon.
In order to vote in person, you must present a photo ID issued by the State of Tennessee such as a driver’s license or a handgun permit.
