JACKSON Tn – On Tuesday The Jackson Madison County School Board and Madison County Commission held their monthly joint education committee meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Verna Ruffin was asked about addressing the education needs of students that aren’t going to college or that don't demonstrate skill sets required for college.
She told the group she never wanted to be the one to make the call as to whether a student was college capable.
