After winning six straight games, the Jackson Generals have headed in the opposite direction.

At least for the last two games against the Montgomery Biscuits.

Following Friday’s 8-5 loss, the Generals (48-44, 11-11 second half) look to get their heads above water when they send Alex Young (5-5, 4.64 ERA) to the mound to face Montgomery’s Jose Mujica (8-6, 3.31 ERA) in the third game of the five-game series at 6:05 p.m., at the Ballpark at Jackson.

The Generals went down swinging against the Biscuits – outhitting the visitors 15-13 – Friday.

Kelly Dugan (2-3), Michael Perez (3-5), Kevin Medrano (2-4), Stewart Ijames (2-5) and Jamie Westbrook (2-5) had multiple hits for the Generals.

Disney Night is the theme for Saturday’s game, and a Disney Vacation will be given away and a fireworks display – sponsored by Tennessee Donor Services will be held following the game.
