One of several vacant properties owned by Blurton Capital LLC in mid-town Jackson – Poplar Place Apartments – has been listed for sale.

A 10-unit apartment complex at 236-238 Airways Blvd., is on the market for $159,900.

Blurton Capital LLC announced its intentions to renovate the complex in May 2014, and some cosmetic work was completed.

Carl Teel, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Now, said the interior consists of stud walls and flooring.
