Commercial property at 68 College Park Cove has sold for $1 million.
BC North Partners purchased the 27,000-square-foot facility – 1,800-square-feet dedicated to office space – from Lone Oak Jackson LLC.
The facility – located off Dr. F. E. Wright Drive – sits on 3.77 acres.
The sale adds to a growing list of commercial property sales in Jackson and Madison County – three of which closed in June.
- Fairlane Drive LLC purchased commercial property occupied by Taco Bell at 117 Parkstone Place in Park Place East from MMB Memphis Real Estate for $1,864,800.
Taco Bell has four locations in Jackson – 1921 Highway 45 Bypass at Casey Jones Village, 2330 North Highland Avenue, 1619 South Highland Avenue, and 117 Parkstone Place.
- Starlight Fuel LLC purchased the home of Exxon Food Mart Hollywood Express at 2255 Hollywood Drive from Ferguson Brothers Partnership for $1,030,000.
In November 2023, Starlight Fuel opened a new convenience store at 1110 Vann Drive in The Columns Development.
- Commercial property located at 35 Chloe Place in Park Place West was purchased by REV Strategic Investments LLC from Burton Moore Investments LLC for $1,154,340.
The property is the site of a new Jonathan’s Grille, a 7,666-square-foot sports bar, located on 2.61 acres which will offer 137 parking spaces when construction is complete.
Jonathan’s Grille was established in 1999 and is a family-owned, upscale sports bar and restaurant based out of middle Tennessee.
Throughout its years of success, the restaurant chain has strategically adapted over the last two decades to appeal to a wide demographic. Its concept was to fill its restaurants with 50+ flat screen TV’s combined with delicious food and an upscale family-friendly atmosphere. It has resulted in the best place to watch any sporting event.
