Commercial property at 80 Innsdale Cove, which is off Vann Drive near North Highland Avenue, has been sold.

McLemore Investments LLC purchased the strip center from Madison Centre Partners III – R. Joel McAlexander and Shane Eric McAlexander for $1,650,000.

Occupants include Labor Finders Staffing Services; Aquatics of Jackson; Republic Finance; Payne Chiropractic; Hungry Hearts Church; Jackson Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy; Woodstock Bake Shop LLC; A-Team Roofing and The Barking Lot.

The sale adds to a growing list of commercial property sales in Jackson and Madison County.

Earlier this month, Newell Berg Holdings TN LLC purchased the property that is home to Popeyes, 200 South Royal Street.

Poplease GP sold the property for $3.5 million.

Nottinghill Gate Tucson LLC purchased the property that is home to Chili’s Grill & Bar, 2200 Emporium Drive, also in June.

DB Triple Dipper Restaurant LLC sold the property for $2,860,440.

In April, property home to Chipotle Mexican Grill, 883 Vann Drive, was purchased by Tennessee LLC WAA Investment Holdings LLC for $2,925,000 from Humphreys Fund of Tennessee LLC.

Chipotle’s opened on Vann Drive in September, 2021.

Commercial property occupied by Arby’s Restaurant, 1984 South Highland Ave., sold in March.

Lucky’s Pizza Huts LLC, purchased the property from BC North Partners for $1,555,555.

Arby’s opened its fourth and newest restaurant in Jackson on January 31, 2022.

In February, property home to a Slim Chickens franchise, 6 Channing Way, sold for $3,120,000.

Slim Chickens opened November 8, 2021.

Also in February, property home to a Wendy’s restaurant at 873 Vann Drive sold.

Cactus Development Partnership purchased the property from WRG Realty for $2,711,115.

The building was renovated and reopened for business in March 2019.
