Commercial property at 54 Old Hickory Boulevard has been sold.

The property, a 2,035-square-foot building occupied by Coin Less Laundry, which sits on 0.70 acres, was purchased by Gaurav Patel from Robert Nelson and John Nelson for $340,000.

Eden Smith of Coldwell Banker Southern Realty facilitated the purchase.
