Commercial property occupied by Taco Bell at 117 Parkstone Place in Park Place East has been sold.
Fairlane Drive LLC purchased the property from MMB Memphis Real Estate for $1,864,800.
Taco Bell has four locations in Jackson – 1921 Highway 45 Bypass at Casey Jones Village, 2330 North Highland Avenue, 1619 South Highland Avenue, and 117 Parkstone Place.
