CARROLL COUNTY – A man was arrested Friday after a neighbor’s security footage allegedly showed him defecating in her yard and engaging in sexual acts with her dog. Charged with public indecency and sexual activity with animals, the suspect’s identity is withheld pending investigation.

This man is a danger to society. I do not think he should have been released on bond.
I do not think the man should have been released on bond. Anyone that would do such disturbing acts is certainly a danger to society!
