A Jackson man was arrested on a state warrant for Aggravated Burglary. A resident of an apartment complex in the 100 block of Old Hickory Boulevard reported his apartment had been burglarized in February. Several items were stolen, including electronics and clothing. The total value of the items was over $2,000. Some of the items that were stolen were sold to an individual on a social networking sales website.
The individuals that posted the items for sale were identified as Dion Arnaz Jones, 26 and Marcus Dewayne Cole, 29. The pair posted photographs of the stolen items for sale on the internet.
Warrants were issued for their arrest.
Dion Jones of Humboldt, was arrested on April 17 th.
The warrant for Marcus Cole is still active; police are seeking to arrest him also. Cole is a Jackson resident.
Dion Jones was formally arraigned Monday morning in Jackson City Court. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
