The Jackson Beer Board fined three restaurants as the result of an underage alcohol operation conducted by Metro Narcotics.
Flatiron Grille, 1160 Vann Drive and Outback Steakhouse, 194 Stonebrook Place had its beer license suspended for 30 days, but if a $1,500 fine is paid within seven days, the suspensions for both will be lifted.
Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant, 1081 Vann Drive, Suite 113-E, had its license suspended for 30 days, due to a second violation.
Because of a lack of a quorum, the board rescheduled a request from Aurora Santilliam Palacios for a business known as Sin Frontras Inc., doing business as Azte K Bar and Grill Dance Hall, 63 Heritage Square for selling, storing and serving beer on the premises where sold to 9 a.m., Thursday.
