The building that has been home to Baudo’s Restaurant at 559 Wiley Parker Rd., since 1972 is for sale.
The 8,486-square-foot facility is listed with Sherry Blades of Adaro Realty in Memphis, and the asking price is $550,000.
A parking lot (0.81 acres) across the street from the restaurant – also owned by the Baudo family – is also for sale, and has a price tag of $199,000.
Jack Baudo, operations manager at Baudo’s, said if the building sells, he hopes to lease the property from the new owner.
If not, Jack Baudo said the restaurant will re-open in a new location.
Baudo’s Restaurant first opened as B&H Pizza in Hollywood Shopping Center, in 1965.
