It’s still crowded at the top, but Peabody remains the No. 1 ranked team in this week’s BAKERS RACK Baker’s Dozen high school football coaches poll.

The TSSAA State high school football playoffs move into the Quarterfinal round – Semifinal round for USJ – Friday, Nov. 22.

4) Lake County (12-0) – defeated MASF, 56-0 – up next – Class 1A state playoffs – vs. West Carroll at home

5) Hardin County (11-1) – defeated Creek Wood, 28-14 – up next – Class 4A state playoffs – at Springfield

6) Henry County (10-2) – defeated Clarksville, 42-14 – up next – Class 5A state playoffs – vs. Dyer County at home

7) Covington (10-2) – defeated South Gibson County – up next – Class 3A state playoffs – vs. Wooddale at home

8) Crockett County (8-4) – defeated Millington, 70-35 – up next – Class 4A state playoffs – at Haywood
