The building is being refurbished; the parking lot has been resurfaced, and a new sign has been erected at the corner of North Parkway and Rosenblum Drive.

Back Yard Burgers is scheduled to open at the end of June at the same Vinings location it once occupied.

With corporate offices in Nashville, Back Yard Burgers has restaurants in 12 states.

Besides the North Parkway location, Back Yard Burgers was also located at 12 Stonebridge Blvd., now home to a Krystal restaurant.
