Arrow Athletics continues to grow its portfolio following the acquisition of Total Fitness Kickboxing – now Arrow Kickboxing.

“Arrow Athletics acquired Total Fitness Kickboxing on April 5, 2023,” said Alissa Maness, Arrow Athletics co-owner, “This is exciting news for the community – because yet another gym – along with 205 members has been kept alive through Arrow Athletics’ seventh acquisition in a short four years of business.”

Total Fitness Kickboxing opened in 2017 and was located at 1430 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms.

“Now it’s members and all coaching staff have been added to the Arrow family,” Maness said, “Arrow Kickboxing is now hosting their classes at 2715 Bells Highway.

“Arrow now has over 1,300 members, and we are humbled by the opportunity to be able to support our community with many options for physical fitness from toddlers through adults.”
