Arby’s will open its fourth and newest restaurant in Jackson at 1984 South Highland Avenue, at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 31.

The 2,800 square foot restaurant will offer seating for 40 customers and will employ about 30 people.

Arby’s has restaurants at 208 Stonebrook Place, 601 Old Hickory Blvd., and 219 Parkstone Place near the Ballpark at Jackson.
